Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate for managing our showroom, Sales & Client Servicing to join our team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales and customer service, who can effectively manage client relationships and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Ø Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking.
Ø Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
Ø Present and demonstrate our wedding invitation products to potential clients, highlighting key features and customization options.
Ø Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
Ø Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Ø Handle store sales and assist walk-in customers, providing personalized service and guidance.
Ø Maintain the store, ensuring it is well-organized, presentable, and stocked with current product offerings.
Client Servicing:
Ø Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing personalized assistance throughout the ordering process.
Ø Assist clients in selecting and customizing their wedding invitations&wedding stationery, ensuring their vision is brought to life.
Ø Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Ø Handle any client complaints or issues promptly and professionally, striving to resolve them to the client’s satisfaction.
Ø Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Ø Proven experience in sales and/or client servicing, preferably in the wedding or events industry.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Ø Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ø Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ø Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ø Passion for weddings and a genuine interest in helping clients create their perfect day.
