Job Description

JYOTI RESINS AND ADHESIVES LTD. is a manufacturer of synthetic resin adhesives. The Company manufactures various types of Wood Adhesives (White glue) under the brand name of EURO 7000.


Job Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the assign territory and visit the retailers on recurring basis as per the Beat Plan.

• Generating Enquires from Market and converting into sales.

• Maintain and increase dealer market - plywood, hardware, décor to meet A and A+ dealers’ regular basis.

• Planning to achieve minimum sales per day (250kg – 300kg).

• Open the new dealer to expand the sale & market.

• Monthly dealer wise sales planning towards achievement of sales targets according.

• Handling retailers' questions, inquiries, and complaints.

• Gathering industry data and analyzing spend patterns to highlight the potential for future growth.

• Convey the scheme to dealers.

• Convey the sellout scheme to the carpenters, contractors to generate and boost the sale.

• Ensure success of various dealer meets, carpenters meet and shop meet on regular basis.

• New product launches.

• Demonstration of new products.

• Open the new dealer to expand the sales & market.

• Building rapport with potential new and also existing customers.

• Payment recovery.

• Monitor the industry competitors, new product and market conditions.

• Preparing monthly report to tracker the progress


Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of Secondary Sales.

• Knowledge of Territory and Geography and local language.

• Knowledge of Market Mapping, Marketing Scheme and promotional activities.

• Knowledge of sales management software is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting, documentation and Presentation.

• Must possess effective communication & Negotiation skills.

• Must be Well Groomed and Presentable.

• Self-Motivated & Target Oriented.

• Must possess 2 wheeler & driving license.

• Must be willing to travel extensively.
