Business Relationship Officer

Job Summary:

The Business Relationship Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships between the clinic and its stakeholders, including Hospitals, Doctors, patients etc.

This role ensures patient satisfaction, identifies business opportunities, and promotes the clinic's services to achieve growth and build trust.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and corporate partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback.


2. Business Development:


  • Identify and secure partnerships with Doctors, Hospitals & Patients.
  • Promote clinic services to attract new patients and business opportunities.
  • Plan and execute marketing and outreach initiatives (e.g., health talks, corporate tie-ups, community events).


3. Patient Engagement:


  • Address patient feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Develop strategies to improve patient retention and satisfaction.
  • Educate patients and corporate clients about new services, promotions.


4. Reporting and Strategy:


  • Monitor and analyze patient feedback, business trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management.
  • Recommend strategies to improve services and expand the clinic’s network.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree.



  • 2+ years of experience in business development, relationship management, or customer service roles (preferably in healthcare or related industries) would be an advantage
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, patient management, or medical insurance is an advantage.
