Proficiency in using computers, specifically a good knowledge or hands-on command of Advanced Excel, is essential for the successful execution of the role. Good hold on English, both verbal and written, is crucial as the KAM will be required to communicate with customers. The candidate should maintain a professional appearance and possess good interpersonal skills.
