Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize client satisfaction. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact and building trust and loyalty. Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations. Conduct regular business reviews and presentations to clients, highlighting performance, progress, and value provided. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities. Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner, coordinating with internal teams to provide effective solutions. Proficiency in using computers, specifically a good knowledge or hands-on command of Advanced Excel, is essential for the successful execution of the role. Good hold on English, both verbal and written, is crucial as the KAM will be required to communicate with customers. The candidate should maintain a professional appearance and possess good interpersonal skills.
