Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Field Service Executives to join our team in Jaipur City. The role involves providing excellent service for Paytm’s EDC machines and Sound Boxes, ensuring merchant satisfaction, and contributing to the company's operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Servicing:
Address merchant requests to service or replace EDC machines and Sound Boxes.
Retrieve inactive assets or Sound Boxes as required.
Merchant Support:
Assist with updates to merchant bank account details and KYC processes.
Process asset deactivation requests or retain merchants by resolving issues.
Proactive Visits:
Engage with merchants having low broadcasting and improve device usage.
Reactivate inactive merchants and address their concerns effectively.
Sales Support:
Deploy new Sound Boxes and upgrade to paid Sound Box or EDC machines.
Promote business loans and other relevant services to merchants.
Additional Duties:
Handle merchant queries proactively with data provided by the company.
Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain service quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
Age: Minimum 18 years.
Education: 12th Pass (Mandatory).
Experience:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for Senior Executive roles.
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of digital payment systems.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field tasks efficiently.
