Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Department: Sales

Reports To: Manager/Team Lead

Location: Jaipur


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify and qualify potential new customers within the assigned territory through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, industry events, referrals).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services and address customer concerns and objections effectively.
  • Negotiate and close deals that meet both customer and company objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide excellent customer service and proactively address any customer issues or concerns.
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform sales and product development strategies.
  • Territory Management:Develop and execute effective territory plans to maximize sales coverage and achieve sales targets.
  • Track sales activities, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration:Collaborate effectively with other sales team members, marketing, and customer support to achieve common goals.
  • Share best practices and knowledge within the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Education: Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 month of proven experience in field sales
  • Skills:Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
