Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director of a reputed Tours & Travels company in Sanganer, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling executive-level tasks and a strong ability to manage schedules, communication, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential documents with discretion
  • Assist in planning and execution of business strategies
  • Follow up on tasks, meetings, and deliverables on behalf of the Director
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Fluency in Hindi and English
