Major Points Related to Work: 1. Customer Inquiries and Concerns: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat. Resolve issues related to online purchases, including order status, product information, returns, and refunds. 2.Customer Relationship Support: Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction. 3.Back Office Work: Perform data entry and manage customer databases. Process orders, returns, and refunds. Assist with inventory management and logistics coordination. 4.Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and logistics teams. Participate in team meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
