Job Description

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through a variety of channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking. Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads by leveraging industry contacts and market research. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to different market segments and client needs. Set and manage personal sales goals to achieve or exceed targets. Client Engagement and Consultation: Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our AI solutions. Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges, providing customized recommendations and solutions. Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to secure deals while ensuring mutual benefit. Close sales effectively, ensuring all necessary paperwork and processes are completed accurately. Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide relevant insights and position our solutions effectively. Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and potential threats. Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market feedback to the management team. Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities and product enhancements. Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to help shape product development and marketing strategies. Professional Development: Continuously enhance your knowledge of AI technologies and sales techniques through training and self-directed learning. Participate in company meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with company goals and best practices.
