Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate for managing our showroom, Sales & Client Servicing to join our team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales and customer service, who can effectively manage client relationships and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking.

Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
Present and demonstrate our wedding invitation products to potential clients, highlighting key features and customization options.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Handle store sales and assist walk-in customers, providing personalized service and guidance.
Maintain the store, ensuring it is well-organized, presentable, and stocked with current product offerings.

Client Servicing:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing personalized assistance throughout the ordering process.
Assist clients in selecting and customizing their wedding invitations&wedding stationery, ensuring their vision is brought to life.
Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Handle any client complaints or issues promptly and professionally, striving to resolve them to the client’s satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and/or client servicing, preferably in the wedding or events industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for weddings and a genuine interest in helping clients create their perfect day.
