Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to spearhead sales growth and implement impactful marketing strategies. If you’re passionate about renewable energy, driven to achieve results, and eager to enhance brand visibility, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development
Identify and generate leads through telecalling, referrals, networking, and digital inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to achieve sales targets.
Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate deals to close sales effectively.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system.
Marketing Strategy Execution
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Develop and distribute engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other platforms.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and emerging industry trends.
Analyze competitor activities to refine marketing and sales strategies.
CRM and Reporting
Manage and update the sales CRM system to ensure all leads, opportunities, and client data are accurately tracked.
Generate and present reports on sales and marketing performance to management.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Address client inquiries and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Organize promotional events, webinars, or product demonstrations to engage potential customers.
Social Media Content Creation
Design eye-catching and creative graphics for social media posts, stories, reels, and ads.
Develop visual assets like banners, infographics, and carousels that align with the brand identity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visuals for campaigns and promotions.

Candidate Preferences:

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.
Key Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Languages:
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
