Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads. Conduct sales calls and face-to-face meetings with clients. Present and promote company products/services to existing and potential clients. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity. Sales Planning and Reporting: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular sales reports. Report on sales performance and provide realistic forecasts to the management team. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and sales opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to customers. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy. Key Skills and Competencies: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a simple and clear manner. Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
