Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and sales revenue.
Client Management:
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing their inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve business goals.
Market Research:
Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
Analyze market data to create and refine business development strategies.
Stay informed of the latest developments in the industry and apply this knowledge to business strategies.
Analytical and Technical Skills:
Use CRM software and other business tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize business strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
Provide feedback from customers and market research to help shape product offerings and services.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including performance against targets and key growth areas.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
A Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Confidence in negotiations, presentations, and closing deals.
Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Analytical skills to interpret market data and business performance metrics.
Basic technical proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics software.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a similar industry or market sector.
Familiarity with the latest business development strategies and techniques.
Candidate need to travel all over Rajasthan.
