Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Raja park
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.).
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales through targeted approaches and meet/exceed business targets.
Presentation & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies to clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations team to optimize business growth strategies.
CRM Management: Maintain and update client records in CRM software.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel if required.
