**Job Summary**:  

The Software Inside Sales & Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales in the software industry. The role involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. A blend of sales expertise, business development skills, and technical software knowledge is required.


**Key Responsibilities**:  

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and target potential customers, generate qualified leads via cold calling, emails, social selling, and networking.  

- **Sales Development**: Engage with prospects, present tailored software solutions, and conduct product demos.  

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain client relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.  

- **Negotiation & Closing**: Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet sales targets.  

- **Market Research & Strategy**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and provide client feedback for product development.  

- **Collaboration & Reporting**: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and report on sales activities and outcomes.


**Qualifications**:  

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.  

- [X] years of experience in inside sales, business development, or software sales.  

- Strong understanding of software products and solutions.  

- Proven sales success and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  

- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.  

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable.


**Preferred Skills**:  

- Experience in selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions.  

- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.  

- Knowledge of the specific industry or niche the software addresses.
