The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in their designated area and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the designated area. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, schools, and educational institutions to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. · Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly. · Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities. · Coordinate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and meet their evolving needs. · Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team. · Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications Demonstrated academic excellence with a degree in Commerce or MBA from a. Strong drive and determination to achieve or exceed sales targets, coupled with a passion for the education industry. Emerging leadership abilities and a keen interest in motivating and guiding a sales team. Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Sharp analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving challenges. Comfortable working autonomously and eager to contribute within a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively in one or more local languages of Maharastra is a plus.
