Job Description:- Outbound calls to prospective students or their parents. Providing information about courses, programs, and educational services offered by the organisation. Answering inquiries and addressing questions about admissions, fees, and eligibility criteria. Scheduling appointments or follow-up calls with interested individuals. Maintaining a database of leads and call records. Meeting call quotas or targets set by the organisation. Following up with potential students to encourage enrolment. Collaborating with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for enrolled students. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in sales, business development, or educational counseling is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of the education industry and competitive landscape. Candidates will have to work from office for 3 days and from home for 3 days. If the candidate is from outside then he/she will work from home and will have to report to the office once a month. Everything required for calling will be provided by the company side. Candidates must have their own laptop.
