Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Telecaller to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and setting up appointments for the sales team. You will be a key part of our efforts to expand our customer base and promote our IT products and services. A successful Telecaller will have excellent communication skills and a keen interest in technology and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for IT solutions, including software, hardware, cloud services, and other related products.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand the IT products and services being offered and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Qualifying Leads: Qualify leads based on customer needs and level of interest, and ensure they are passed on to the sales team for further engagement.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to potential customers, answer queries, and ensure that their needs are understood and addressed.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM software.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with any necessary information or materials needed to close sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients to foster trust and long-term business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field is a plus).
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Sales Executive, or in a similar role (IT or technology sales experience is a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and confidently engage customers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, or a willingness to learn about technology offerings.
  • Sales Acumen: A good understanding of sales techniques, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales leads.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and databases.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Multitasking Ability: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in IT sales or technical telecalling.
  • Familiarity with IT solutions such as cloud services, networking, software, and hardware.
  • Knowledge of sales automation tools or telecalling systems.
  • Additional languages or regional dialects can be an asset depending on the target market.

Working Conditions:

  • Schedule: Full-time position, Monday to Friday (may require weekend shifts depending on business needs).
  • Work Environment: Office-based role .
