Job Description

Calling customers & selling or giving information about the Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound/Inbound Calls:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers or follow up on leads.
  • Receive inbound calls from customers and address their queries.
  • Provide product/service information to customers in a clear and convincing manner.
  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer relevant solutions.
  • Encourage customers to purchase, subscribe to, or inquire further about company products or services.
  1. Data Management:
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records of interactions.
  • Input customer feedback and notes from conversations into CRM systems.
  1. Sales Target Achievement:
  • Achieve set targets for outbound calls, leads generated, or sales conversions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services when possible.
  1. Customer Support:
  • Handle customer complaints, queries, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  1. Reporting:
  • Report daily or weekly progress to supervisors regarding call volume, outcomes, and customer feedback.
  • Track and report issues or complaints for further resolution.
  1. Follow-Up:
  • Follow up on leads or missed calls and ensure they are appropriately handled.
  • Keep track of pending customer queries and follow up until resolved.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Persuasion Skills: Ability to influence and convince customers effectively.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and internet navigation.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage calls while simultaneously updating customer information.

Education & Experience:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
