Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven Telecaller to join our investment team. As an Investment Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage potential and existing clients via phone calls, offering them investment opportunities and guiding them through the investment process. You will also address their concerns and provide them with information about various investment products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach: Contact potential clients via cold calling, follow-ups, and warm leads to promote investment products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate clients about different investment opportunities such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and other financial products.
  • Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients by understanding their financial goals and suggesting suitable investment plans.
  • Consultative Selling: Offer customized investment solutions based on the client’s financial situation, risk tolerance, and objectives.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, follow up with interested prospects, and set appointments for in-depth consultations or meetings.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM with relevant information.
  • Feedback and Follow-up: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve queries, and encourage further investment.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by closing deals and generating new business.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
  • Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to influence and persuade clients with knowledge of financial products.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of investment products and the financial market is a plus. Training will be provided.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve set sales goals.
  • Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and maintaining productivity.
  • Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the financial or investment sector.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
