Overview: We are seeking a passionate STEM Instructor to join our innovative EdTech company that focuses on igniting curiosity and fostering holistic development among K-12 students. Our ideal candidate has a robust technical background, practical experience in Arduino, Scratch, and other coding platforms, and possesses a flair for teaching. Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging lessons in Robotics, Coding, 3D Printing, and other STEM fields. Utilize Arduino, Scratch, and other relevant technologies to enhance student learning experiences. Assess student progress and adapt lessons to meet varied learning needs. Collaborate with peers to continuously improve instructional practices and curriculum materials. Participate in professional development opportunities and stay updated with the latest educational technologies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or related field. Certified in technical fields relevant to the curriculum (e.g., Arduino, Scratch). Proven experience in teaching or mentoring in educational settings. Strong foundation in programming and robotics with hands-on project experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Experience teaching in a K-12 environment. Knowledge of educational best practices and current trends in STEM education.
