Ensure quality control of products, Prepare report JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title / Department: Sr. Officer/Executive- Quality Control Reports To: Sr. Executive Location: Kota , Rajasthan Educational Qualification: M.S.c (Chemistry)/ B.Pharma/M.Pharma Salary: Up to 4.5 lakhs/Annum (includes 5% performance bonus settled in the completion of financial year). Experience (in years): 3 to 6 years Purpose of the Role: Person will be responsible to work as second in line of the quality control department. Key Roles & Responsibilities: S.N. Key Responsibility Areas 1 To handle all instruments present in Lab. 2 Daily review all log books of instruments. 3 Sampling & Analysis of Raw materials, in process & finished materials. 4 Review of Analytical data and Audit trail (Chromatography and Non – Chromatography) 5 Giving technical training to staff members. 6 Perform & review instruments Qualifications. 7 Perform & review instruments Calibration. 8 Preparation & Review of working Standard. 9 Indicator, Volumetric solution preparation and standardization & review. 10 Stock maintenance of solid & liquid chemicals. 11 Maintain all logbooks as per GMP & GLP. 12 Stock maintenance of glassware. 13 Preparation & review daily shift report. 14 Compilation of data sheets & reviews online. 15 Perform & review Analyst qualifications of new and existing employees. 16 Preparation of calibration planer and preventive maintenance schedule. 17 Maintain GLP in the laboratories. 18 Preparation & review of control sample & maintain logbook. 19 Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. 20 Excellent ability to set goals and achieve targets within stipulated time period. 21 To review the Analytical Data of raw materials, in process, finished product & stability products. 22 To check implementation of CAPA ( corrective action & Preventive Action) 23 To check implementation of calibration and preventive maintenance schedule. 24 To ensure all the instruments are qualified and in calibrated state at the time of use, master calibration schedule updating and its compliance along with its service personal. Co-ordinate for its upkeep in case of breakdown. 25 Any other job allotted by the senior management. 26 To maintain good laboratory practices in the laboratory. 27 Preparation of monthly shift schedule & insure to presence of analyst in all shift. 28 Timely release of products on the Analytical front. 29 Checking of records for compliance with SOPs. 30 Responsible for procurements and follow ups for laboratory requirements. 31 To ensure Lab safety & housekeeping. 32 Quality Audits as per cGLP, cGMP. 33 Preparation & review of COA of raw materials, in process & finish goods. 34 Handling of OOS, OOC, Incident & deviation. 35 Performed Instruments qualification. 36 Preparation of STP & SOP of New Instruments. 37 To perform other activities assign by Head Of Department and Ensure safety procedures adherence.
