As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the manufacturing processes to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to standard. You will lead and manage a team of production staff, ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. Key Responsibilities: Plan and organize production schedules to meet production targets and deadlines. Assess project and resource requirements and manage the production team to achieve objectives. Oversee the production process and ensure it operates efficiently and safely. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols. Monitor production standards and implement quality control programs. Collaborate with other managers to coordinate activities and ensure production goals are met. Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials. Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of production staff. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Prepare and maintain production reports and records. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
