Qualifications and Skills: A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Teaching qualification or certification (e.g., B.Ed., M.Ed., PGCE) specializing in Chemistry. Proven experience teaching Chemistry at the secondary or post-secondary level. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
