Key Responsibilities and Duties: Daily Tasks: Maintain cleanliness of the lab slab daily. Regularly clean and maintain all lab instruments. Workplace Etiquette: Refrain from using the phone during working hours, except for emergency calls. Prohibited items during working hours include earphones, smartwatches, gadgets, shoes in the lab, tobacco, or supari. Adhere to proper dress code standards to maintain professionalism. Interpersonal Skills: Communicate gently and friendly with patients, customers, and staff. Demonstrate a passion for your work and maintain a positive attitude. Communication: Establish and maintain good communication with doctors. Propose and communicate ideas to your supervisor on how to enhance lab sales and services. Leave Policy: Request approval before taking any leave. Provide a one-month notice period if resigning. Initiative: Focus on and share ideas for the growth and improvement of the lab with your supervisor. Manage and maintain lab reagents and other necessary stocks efficiently. Expectations: We expect you to integrate seamlessly into our team, contributing to both the technical and interpersonal aspects of the laboratory environment.
