Communication: Establish and maintain good communication with doctors. Propose and communicate ideas to your supervisor on how to enhance lab sales and services. Leave Policy: Request approval before taking any leave. Provide a one-month notice period if resigning. Initiative: Focus on and share ideas for the growth and improvement of the lab with your supervisor. Manage and maintain lab reagents and other necessary stocks efficiently.
