Inside sales executive We are seeking to add a dynamic inside sales executive to our team igmguru. The ideal applicant will be in charge of qualifying leads, making phone calls to close deals, and producing leads. Excellent communication abilities, a keen sense of sales, and the capacity to work well under pressure are necessary for this position. Accountabilities: Using cold calling and email marketing, prospect and qualify new sales leads. Create and manage a pipeline of prospective clients. Give prospective customers product demonstrations. Complete sales and meet monthly targets. Deliver outstanding customer service to both current and prospective customers. Work together with the sales team to determine and put into action plans that will help you hit your sales goals. Keep abreast of market developments and rival companies' products. Keep precise records of all sales activity. Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives, share market insights, and contribute to the overall growth strategy. Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to provide insights for product development, marketing campaigns, and sales process improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales and customer relationship management to enhance sales effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers. Solid understanding of sales techniques, processes, and best practices
