. Recruitment and Onboarding: • Support the recruitment process by identifying the hiring needs, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. • Conduct employee on boarding & orientation for new hires and ensure completion of required documentation. 2. Training and Development: • Train and provide support to employees in the recruitment process and tools. • Assist in identifying training needs and developing training programs for employees. • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, ensuring participation and engagement. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. 3. Performance Management: • Daily reporting of employees via MIS. • Provide support in setting performance goals and conducting quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. • Identify and address performance issues, working with managers to develop improvement plans. • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations. • Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal processes. 4. HR Data Management: • Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records. • Maintain payroll for the internal team. • Oversee budgeting and cost management. • Maintain business databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. 5. Employee Relations: • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support. • Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner. • Conduct employee surveys and collect feedback from employees. • Arrange and organize general meetings, engagement events, team building & fun activities periodically to foster a positive work environment.
