Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. • Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring all data is accurate and confidential. • Support onboarding processes by preparing necessary documents, coordinating orientations, and ensuring a smooth experience for new hires. • Assist with payroll, attendance tracking, and other HR operations. • Provide support in drafting HR policies, procedures, and performance management documents. • Participate in training and development initiatives for employees. • Handle day-to-day HR-related inquiries from employees and management.
