As our team continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled HR Executive to join us. This role is ideal for someone with 1 - 2 year of HR experience who is excited to contribute to our dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Onboarding: Facilitate new employee orientations and ensure smooth integration into the company culture. Prepare employment contracts and ensure proper documentation.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and issues, fostering a positive work environment.
Payroll & Attendance: Support payroll by maintaining accurate employee attendance and leave records.
Performance Management: Assist in the coordination of performance reviews, tracking employee progress, and helping with development plans.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records and databases in compliance with legal requirements. Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies.
Engagement & Well-being: Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events to support a positive work culture.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, including contract renewals and terminations.
Learning & Development: Assist with training initiatives, coordinating internal and external training programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1 year of experience in HR or a related role.
Strong understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the software/tech industry is a plus.
Exposure to HR management systems (HRMS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
