This role is ideal for someone with 1 - 2 year of HR experience who is excited to contribute to our dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate new employee orientations and ensure smooth integration into the company culture. Prepare employment contracts and ensure proper documentation.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and issues, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Payroll & Attendance: Support payroll by maintaining accurate employee attendance and leave records.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the coordination of performance reviews, tracking employee progress, and helping with development plans.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records and databases in compliance with legal requirements. Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies.
  • Engagement & Well-being: Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events to support a positive work culture.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, including contract renewals and terminations.
  • Learning & Development: Assist with training initiatives, coordinating internal and external training programs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in HR or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the software/tech industry is a plus.
  • Exposure to HR management systems (HRMS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
