Your Responsibilities Include:

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies.
Candidate Liaison: Oversee recruitment processes and serve as the main contact for candidates and hiring managers, continuously improving efficiency.
Interview Coordination: Conduct interviews and coordinate with operations teams for recruitment alignment.
Candidate Sourcing: Expand our candidate pool through online platforms and social networking.
Resume Screening: Review resumes and conduct phone screenings, providing constructive feedback to candidates.
Onboarding Management: Guide new hires through the onboarding process, collaborating with HR and teams to enhance their experience. Business Development: Source business opportunities and engage with clients for potential collaborations.
Relationship Building: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, assist in workforce planning, and address staffing challenges.
