Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze sales data to assess business performance and adapt strategies to increase market share.
  • Identify potential markets and target customers to expand the company’s reach.
  • Collaborate with management to design and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Define sales goals, action plans, and strategies for achieving targets.
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online marketing efforts.
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing return on investment (ROI).


Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in [Hotel].
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM software, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
