Role Description
Taskar is seeking a Full-time Franchise Development Manager ,you will be responsible for building relationships with prospective franchise partners,presenting franchise opportunities , and closing deals. you will also be responsible for ensuring that franchises uphold our brand standards and support their success.this is an on-site role located in jaipur.
Job Description
• Developing franchisee partners and expand the business.
• Identify the potential Investors through various sources.
• Present business plans to the potential client, and negotiate the terms and
conditions of the franchise agreement for the Taskar Healthcare Mall.
• Be responsible for the entire sales process (end-to-end).
• Finalize the Project for each Franchise and guiding/explaining ROI to them,
helping out to the franchise-owner to set up the Business Unit (Healthcare Mall).
• Assist and hold hands with the franchise partner, from the initial planning and
set-up stage, till the launch or till the time the place is rendered fully operational
and fully functioning.
Desired Experience, Skills And Expertise
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong communication Lead Generation skills
