Role & responsibility
• Appointing new dealers & distributors
• Taking orders for the sale of implements from dealers
• Keep up-to-date on products & competitor products
• Maintaining dealer relationship
• should be well versed with the local market
• Conducting Sales Pitch, Product Demos & handling questions and objections of prospective customers.
• Generate leads through various channels through cold callings, networking & referrals.
• Close sales deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines & to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Fluency in English and Hindi, with additional local language skills a plus.
