- Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure chairs are in optimal condition.
- Cleaning and lubricating moving parts as needed.
- Replacing worn-out components to prevent future breakdowns.
3. *Service*:
- Responding to customer service requests and troubleshooting issues.
- Performing diagnostic tests to identify problems.
- Offering technical support and guidance to customers over the phone or in person.
4. *Repair*:
- Fixing mechanical, electrical, or software issues in massage chairs.
- Replacing faulty parts, such as motors, control panels, or upholstery.
- Testing repaired units to ensure they meet quality standards before returning them to customers.
Additionally, a massage chair technician should have good communication skills to interact effectively with customers, a thorough understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, and the ability to follow technical manuals and diagrams.
