Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager with a proven track record of managing and growing well-known brands across various online marketplaces, including Amazon.in, global platforms like Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.au, Amazon.ae, and other marketplaces such as **Flipkart, eBay, and **brand websites. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience driving e-commerce sales, increasing brand visibility, and managing end-to-end online operations. This role requires leadership to guide a team and execute strategies that drive sales, enhance customer experience, and streamline daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth & Revenue Enhancement: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and revenue growth across e-commerce platforms, achieving year-over-year increases.
- Marketplace Management: Manage listings, advertising campaigns, and promotions on platforms like Amazon.in, Amazon Global (Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.au, Amazon.ae, and other marketplaces), Flipkart, eBay, and other e-commerce channels.
- Website Optimization: Oversee performance and management of the company’s e-commerce website to ensure seamless customer experience and drive traffic.
- Brand Growth: Boost online brand presence and improve visibility through effective SEO, digital marketing, and analyzing market trends.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of e-commerce specialists, ensuring smooth daily operations and alignment with company growth objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic, and customer retention to drive improvements. Analyze sales and marketplace data to optimize business performance.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock availability, timely fulfillment, and efficient product delivery.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Work closely with external partners, including digital agencies and marketplace representatives, to maximize growth opportunities.
- Customer Engagement & Support: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with strong customer service strategies and effective communication across online channels.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 6-7 years of e-commerce experience, with a demonstrated history of growing brands and driving significant sales increases.
- Proven expertise in managing e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon.in, Amazon Global, Flipkart, eBay, and **own website operations.
- Strong understanding of SEO, **PPC, and **digital marketing for e-commerce.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, **Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace management tools.
- Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring e-commerce teams, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis, performance tracking, and using tools like **Google Analytics and Amazon Brand Analytics.
- Strong project management skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or relevant degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with global e-commerce platforms and international sales.
- Solid knowledge of supply chain and logistics in the e-commerce context.
