As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and driving customer satisfaction within the jewelry industry. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Can manage with production team
2. Can look after CAD design approvals, must have basic knowledge of CAD
3. Final quality check of orders before any export
4. Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
5. CRM Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and timely information is recorded.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor customer trends and report findings to improve engagement strategies.
7. Order Coordination: Ensure smooth order processing and resolve any issues related to product delivery and returns.
8. Customer Retention: Implement loyalty programs and initiatives to build long-term customer relationships.
