Job Description
Position: Control Tower Executive (24*7 Roster Shift , BBA, BA, BCom, BCA)
Location: Gopalpura Jaipur , at Client site
Job Responsibilities:-
• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email,
or chat.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• 24x7 Availability: Work in a 24x7 shift environment to ensure continuous customer support
coverage.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English to effectively communicate with customers.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including
issues raised and resolutions provided.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of the products and services to assist
customers effectively.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer
issues promptly.
Essential Skills:
• At least Graduation (BBA, BCom, BA, BCA)
• Basic MS office skills word and Excel, email writing
• English & Hindi language proficiency is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Salary 10- 14K per month + incentives
