Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Consultative Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. This role offers the flexibility of remote working with occasional travel requirements. Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ business objectives and challenges. Develop and present tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs, focusing on providing value and building long-term relationships. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize processes and drive business growth. A natural wearer of many hats – you’ll have free hands to do what it takes to get stuff done. Decisive in the face of limited information and thrive in uncertainty. Requirements: Proven experience in consultative sales or B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand clients’ needs and propose appropriate solutions. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
