Experience: 4+ years in pre-sales/Post Sales, solution consulting, or business analysis in software development, with extensive involvement in high-stakes client interactions and project scoping.
Client Ownership: Proven ability to lead client discussions, understand their strategic objectives, and translate complex requirements into high-level technical solutions independently.
Solution Design & Documentation: Strong expertise in creating detailed solution designs, process flows, BRDs, and scoping documents tailored to sophisticated client needs.
Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of PHP, MERN, MEAN, Python, and Native/Hybrid mobile development, with the ability to propose scalable solutions.
Proposal Development & RFP Management: Skilled in leading the end-to-end proposal process, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and delivering persuasive presentations.
Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex solutions to executives and guiding junior analysts.
Good to Have:
Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, Agile certifications.
CRM Knowledge: Experience with CRM systems like Hubspot Zoho, including custom development or integration.
Project Management Skills: Familiarity with JIRA, Agile frameworks, and risk management for efficient project planning.
Industry Expertise: Domain knowledge in specific industries (e.g., healthcare, e-commerce) for added solution depth.
