Responsibilities :
1. Generate and process accurate and timely invoices for products or services rendered.
2. Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures.
3. Verify and reconcile billing information to maintain accuracy in financial records.
4. Communicate with clients regarding billing-related queries and provide timely and accurate responses.
5. Address and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues to maintain positive client relationships.
6. Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and documentation.
7. Track and report on billing-related metrics and key performance indicators.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and finance, to gather necessary information for billing.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any billing-related issues promptly.
10. Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
11. Collaborate with the collections team to address overdue accounts.
12. Prepare regular reports on billing activities, including aging reports, revenue forecasts, and other relevant metrics.
13. Provide insights into billing trends and patterns to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Billing Executive or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of billing processes and procedures.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
