We are seeking a motivated and professional Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client communications, managing follow-ups, and ensuring that our service standards are met. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Engage with clients via phone and email, addressing inquiries and providing information about our services in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow-Up Management: Conduct timely follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are being met and gather feedback to improve our services.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.
- Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to facilitate seamless communication and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing reports related to client interactions and follow-ups for management review.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to details and maintain accuracy in documentation.
