JD for Assistant Regional Project Manager (ARPM) A: Key Result Areas (KRA’s) and Key performance Indicators (KPI’s): 1. Sales: Centre Roll Out& Revenue Generation from Services transactions (Weightage: 40%) Assisting and monitoring PCI (Project Cluster Incharge) in generating leads of the suitable Service Delivery Partners like SCO’s (Service Centre Owner), EC (Eligible Consultant), DHA (District Hardware Agency), etc by way of carrying out market research, own network, and other means of lead generations for Roll Out of the project within the cluster as per the assigned timeline. Setting up Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual targets for self in close supervision with the Seniors/ Management and achieving them consistently directly by self and/or with the help from the partners working within your state. Responsible directly for appointing Sub- Regional Partners (SRP and Business Associates (BA) in the allotted Region. Travelling extensively as per the approved travel plan. Ensuring and monitoring regular cold calls and meetings of PCI and other partners with the prospective partners, converting them into leads. Ensuring DSR (Daily Sales Report) & Sale Summary received from PCI’s/others by evening every day and sharing the consolidated DSR for the region by next day 12:30 am with the concern seniors. Analysing and assisting team in filtering out the leads as per the interest level and helping to convert the same. Reviewing the status of the leads shared by the team in the DSR every day before sharing the same the next day by 12:30 am to the concern seniors, apart from the mobile based applications like Whats App group, etc. Ensuring the roll out of the centres happens as per the management approved plan for the Region. Regular monitoring and helping all kinds of partners in the Region for their performance regarding the Roll out as per the SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) with them. Ensuring a good level of operational excellence at active Hamara Kendra centres for higher regular sale transactions by the SCO’s. Reviewing the Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports with the PCI’s for their cluster’s partners about their performance regarding the Roll Out as well as regular sale transactions by the SCO’s, are done timely and shared with the Seniors/ Management in timely manner. Making sure that such Reviews with the team are done in a cordial and positive environment, apart from the arrangements of refreshment (depending upon the occasion and approvals from the Seniors/ Management). Analyzing the MIS figures including DSR, WRR, etc. on a regular basis to improve upon the quality and performance from the corresponding previous period. Ensuring a good level of operational excellence at active Hamara Kendra centres to increase regular sale transactions by the SCO’s. 2. Operations: (Weightage: 40%) Responsible to build a team in the allotted Sub-Region as per the management approved plan. Ensuring operational excellence including technical support to the Service Delivery Partner which is SCO’s in the Region. Supervising and managing due diligence at the time of Sign up/Registration, entry and exit of all kinds of partners of the Region. Supervise and ensure day to day operational issues escalated by the team on a day to day basis are resolved by the respective PCI. Liaise with local partners, local governmental / non-governmental administration with the central management of the company. Supervise the show stopper issues like technical, administrative, etc issues escalated by the partners with utmost importance within the TAT (Turn Around time).
