Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:  Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers for best quality, price & delivery time.  Ability to procedure, negotiate, analyse and maintain satisfactory database and inventory levels.  Coordinate with suppliers & freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods.  Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure the products ordered are displayed in the most favourable manner to generate sales.  Creating products/purchase orders and following through on them in a timely manner.  Maintaining detailed task records  Ability to prioritize and multitask as per requirements  Analyse and maintain documents efficiently  Maintain healthy relationship with existing and new vendors  Computer literate, available to work in the EST time zone and experiences with some basic software and email.
