JOB RESPONSIBILTIES: Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers for best quality, price & delivery time. Ability to procedure, negotiate, analyse and maintain satisfactory database and inventory levels. Coordinate with suppliers & freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods. Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure the products ordered are displayed in the most favourable manner to generate sales. Creating products/purchase orders and following through on them in a timely manner. Maintaining detailed task records Ability to prioritize and multitask as per requirements Analyse and maintain documents efficiently Maintain healthy relationship with existing and new vendors Computer literate, available to work in the EST time zone and experiences with some basic software and email.
