● Maintenance Coordination:
○ Scheduling and overseeing property repairs and maintenance
○ Communicating with contractors and vendors
○ Conducting regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs
● Financial Management:
○ Assisting with budget preparation and tracking expenses
○ Monitoring rent collection and late payment follow-up
○ Preparing financial reports for the property manager
● Administrative Tasks:
○ Maintaining accurate tenant records and property documentation
○ Managing lease agreements and renewals
○ Handling move-in and move-out procedures
● Compliance:
○ Ensuring adherence to local property management laws and regulations
○ Maintaining compliance with safety standards
