As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets within your assigned geographical area. You will play a crucial role in expanding the customer base, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the products of Sagar Group of Companies. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned area. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, and other stakeholders. 3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay updated on industry trends. 4. Business Development: Explore new markets, identify potential clients, and develop strategies to expand the customer base. 5. Sales Planning: Develop sales plans, forecasts, and budgets for the assigned area, and ensure their effective implementation. 6. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team in the area to achieve their targets and maximize performance. 7. Product Promotion: Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads. 8. Sales Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management review. 9. Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing timely support.
