We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Advertisement Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base from Ad Space Sales.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Advertisement Sales Manager to manage our sales team and develop strategies to increase advertising revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in advertising sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and Manage Sales Team : Supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
2. Develop Sales Strategies : Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase advertising revenue and market share.
3. Build and Maintain Client Relationships : Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their advertising needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Negotiate and Close Deals : Negotiate and close advertising deals with clients, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
5. Analyze Sales Performance : Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
6. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
7. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with editorial, creative, and production teams to ensure that advertising campaigns are effectively executed and meet client expectations.
8. Meet Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Requirements:
1. Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in advertising sales, preferably in a leadership role in Media Channel/ News Paper / Media Houses and having good relationship with Businesses and Brands.
2. Education : Minimum 12th Passed
3. Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the advertising industry in Media Houses /News Paper Houses / Media Channels including trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
