Managing Company's Accounts, Training & Supervising Accounts Team, Maintaining Reports and Responsible for Business Transactions. Responsibilities: 1.Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Understand clients' business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations. Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to ensure client satisfaction. 2.Strategic Account Planning: Develop strategic account plans to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts. Collaborate with internal teams (such as sales, marketing, design,and product development) to align strategies and resources to client needs. Forecast and track key account metrics, such as revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. 3.Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients. Advocate for clients' needs within the organization and ensure issues are addressed promptly. Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts. 4.Client Communication and Reporting: Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project statuses, new products or services, and industry trends. Prepare and deliver regular reports on key account metrics and performance. Gather client feedback and insights to continuously improve our products and services.
