The Account Assistant is responsible for supporting the financial activities of the organization, with a focus on maintaining accurate financial records, managing billing processes, and overseeing stock-related activities. Proficiency in Tally software is essential for this role. Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software, with a strong emphasis on Tally. - Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. - Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing information. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an Account Assistant or in a similar role. Proficient in using Tally software. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
